We are also happy to accompany your project in the long term if you want to realize it with your own staff and thus build up in-house competence: from the procurement of the image processing equipment to training your employees up to assistance with software development.
After evaluating the future requirements oft the desired vision system we get a thorough picture of the operating environment on site.
After that, we can usually present you with a detailed offer. For complex tasks, we develop a realization concept together with the customer. Our many years of experience in the fields of image processing and software development are incorporated into a well-founded solution model.
We develop our vision systems either on a Windows PC basis with programming languages such as C++ and C or, especially in the embedded area, with the flowchart-based development environment Matrox Design Assistant.
We can also build on decades of experience with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Matrox Imaging Library (MIL).
For our customers, we also create application-specific software modules that can perform various tasks:
- Connection to the customer’s IT environment (data import, export, database connection, control communication)
- Integration of special devices (RS232,TCP/IP, fieldbus systems)
- Adapted user interfaces and visualization (HMI devices, monitoring in the control station)
We take enough time on site – depending on the project one day up to several weeks.
